FAQ / How to change my Display name?

This FAQ is mainly for Students from abroad.

You may feel uncomfortable about you display name which appears with 2-byte characters.

You can change your “Display name” by yourself in the following way.

First,

1. Log in Office 365
   https://outlook.office365.com/
2. Choose “My account” from the top bar, right end:
   
3. Then, choose Setting (Gear Icon) — (1) of the figure below:
   Choose
   Your app settings
     “Mail” — (2) of the figure below:
   
4. On the left-side of the browser window, you can see
   Options
   Shortcuts
   General
   “My account” — (3) of the figure below:
   
5. Choose “My account”, and you can change
   “Display name”.
